You will receive an email with your next steps and what to expect. Be sure to check your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder too, just in case you don’t see it).
Pat Sinkwich, our amazing Administrative Assistant (Cheryl’s right hand!), will personally review your form and be in touch within 24 business hours using your preferred contact method.
She will answer your questions, guide you through the process, and make sure you have everything you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you’re ready, you can:
- Have Pat book your Zoom consultation for you, OR
- If you prefer to schedule it yourself, you can book your initial consultation using the link we just sent in an email. (Be sure to look for that!)
- $150 — 75 minutes via Zoom with Cheryl.
- This allows Cheryl to review your case sooner and provide help without the wait, so you and your dog can start making progress right away.
- After you book your Zoom Consultation, you’ll get a questionnaire—your chance to spill all the fun (and useful) details about life with your dog.
- Got videos of your dog’s antics or challenges? Send them to Pat so Cheryl can see them before your appointment. (Pat will give you directions on how to do this when she follows up with you).
- Cheryl listens carefully to your dog’s unique story
- Asks detailed questions
- Reviews any videos you send ahead (highly recommended!)
- Shares an overview of what she believes is happening with your dog’s behavior
- Offers her professional perspective on what needs to be done
Together, you’ll:
- Explore if working together is the right fit
- Discuss training options and locations
- Outline what commitments are needed
Cheryl provides personalized, immediate guidance on next steps — helping you move forward with confidence.
You’ll receive:
- A customized summary email with key points, pre-training action items, and Cheryl’s recommendation for your next appointment
- A recording of your consultation will be uploaded to your Client Portal
